Failure to receive an invoice/statement does not relieve Tenant's obligation to pay rent per the terms of the lease.

Attention tenants, our on-line payment portal is not set up to accept partial payments. We will be happy to receive your on-line payments for the full monthly charges, but if you find it necessary to make a partial payment, please pay by check to the appropriate lockbox address.
